Every few months, the team at the Missouri Department of Agriculture is asked to nominate the best of the best among their peers for special recognition as "Employee of the Quarter" at the Department.
The Department's third-quarter nominations led to the honors going to a long-time member of the Department's Feed and Seed Laboratory team. Dennis Noring has worked for the Missouri Department of Agriculture more than 30 years. 2012 is actually year 33 he told Director Hagler during the award presentation this week!
Dennis Norning's anonymous nominator recognized his outstanding attitude and hardwork, especially because it means that his team and everyone at the Department can count on him to do the right thing, even when no one is looking.
