Last week, AgriMissouri hosted the food court at the American Royal in Kansas City. During the event, AgriMissouri members had the opportunity to share their best work - from bacon-topped caramel apples to steaks - with thousands of BBQ-loving guests.
On the last evening of the Royal, one AgriMissouri member - Lorin Fahrmeier of Fahrmeier Farms - had the opportunity to meet the Food Network's Guy Fieri. Fieri had just been inducted into the BBQ Hall of Fame at the American Royal World Series of BBQ in Kansas City, and Fahrmeier presented him with a basket of Missouri-made treats courtesy of AgriMissouri members throughout the state.
