Within the last month, AgriMissouri member Mom's Originals has been rocking and rolling with an award, new additions to their product line and a new logo.
In September, Taran Hercules, president of Mom's, received the Young Alumni Award from her alma mater, Webster University.
"This award recognizes an alum who promotes the values and elevates the profile of Webster University through leadership in his/her profession, contributions to society through public service, and ongoing support of the University. This person must be an alumna/us of Webster University who received his/her undergraduate degree within the last 10 years of being nominated and is 35 years of age or younger."
If you've ever met Taran, you know that this was a result of passion, dedication and perseverance. And the recognition was very well deserved.
In September, the mom behind Mom's, Jody Hensley, unveiled new crispy peanut butter buttons. They are a delicious addition to the Mom's Mix and gourmet pretzel rods and petites lineup. They say: "One bite of our Crispy Peanut Butter Buttons and your taste buds will be doing the happy dance." It's true!
In October, Mom's added a new Breast Cancer Awareness combination gift box, of which $5 from each purchase will be donated to breast cancer research. The blush pink box includes a variety of Mom's Originals goodies including:
6 Crispy Peanut Butter Buttons
2 Gourmet Pretzel Petites : 1 Milk Chocolate, 1 Dark Chocolate
3 Gourmet Pretzel Rods : 1 Milk Chocolate, 2 Dark Chocolate
Last but not least, Mom's Originals completed their logo transition this week. Check out the new label by visiting them online at http://www.momsoriginals.com/.
