With the two week holiday break quickly approaching, many buyers and feedyards are trying to get needs filled. Some reporters did note fairly large spreads once again between weaned and worked cattle versus those that had not been through those programs. It is unusually late in the year to see those large price spreads, but given the supply available this week buyers had every reason to be picky.
